Five lessons is often enough to begin to feel comfortable with your Wedding Dance.
In Five lessons, the objective is to have you begin to feel relaxed
on the dance floor. It allows you to learn several steps and rhythm patterns (a minimum of five steps in
at least three or four different dances), ready to do any step at any time.
We will focus on your wedding dance,
its steps and its unique character, even choreographing sections, if you would like.
(Note) In general, choreographing your whole wedding dance
is not advised as, if there's a mistake, it is difficult to recover.
My emphasis is on learning how to dance. You'll have all the basic steps and an understanding
of different dances and types of music, particularly in how the character of the dance is a tool
for interpreting the music being played.
If you don't have the time to do five lessons, you can sometimes
compress these 5 (55) minute lessons into 3 lessons,
two lasting 2 hours
with a final one hour lesson, if you prefer.
A Private Lesson guarantees optimal individual attention from the instructor.
However, you are NOT guaranteed a private room. A Studio is typically shared with other
Private Lessons taking place.
The music is also shared on an equal basis.
